Purchased 2000.00 dollar King Koil mattress , side started to cave in, manufacturer Warranty replaced it at No charge. Saying it was defective. Art Van wants us to pay a 99.00 delivery charge for the replacement mattress. I spoke with a manager, told him I had been a customer there for over 20 years and I didn't think that was very good customer service. Told him I wouldn't be coming back. He basically said he didn't care, and that he was sorry I felt that way. There is no respect or customer service there.
